    mention 25 years of teaching Pilates), my unique approach uses science-backed exercises, time

    proven techniques, and a deep understanding of the joint demands sports require from the body. I

    have had the privilege of working with athletes from various disciplines (including the LA Football

    Club), and not only do they feel better, they feel more ease to perform better.

    Here are ways to take advantage of training with me Jan 12 - 14, 2024:

    ● 30 minute to 1 hour 1:1 private: Fri 1/12, Sat 1/13 evening, Sun 1/14 evening

    ● Learn joint specific rotations you can add to your program: Sat 1/13 (See workshop flyer)

    accessing more spine mobility to continue to advance?

    Experience how joint-specific mobility drills and targeted cueing strategies can be a game

    changer for you and your clients. As a Functional Range Conditioning®, Kinstretch® and FRC

    Internal Strength Specialist, I have a unique approach to help clients decrease pain and increase

    body awareness and control beyond what I have taught as a certified Pilates teacher for 25

    years. Besides my in-studio and online clients and online mobility memberships, my system of

    teaching has helped movers of all levels from onsite training at Universal Studios to professional

    athletes at the LA Football Club.

    Beyond moving and feeling the spine move in a deeper way specific to you and your needs, you’ll also:

    Unlock potential: Discover areas of your spine that you think are moving but aren’t and how to feel and cue at such a joint specific level using science based drills and techniques. Enhance access to more spine ranges that can be further trained, ways to isolate these areas and to support progressions.

    Practical Application: Gain hands-on experience with a series of joint-specific mobility drills designed to target the spine, and see and feel how they can translate directly to traditional Pilates exercises on the mat or on all apparatus.

    Comprehensive and motivational: Get my personal client-teacher insights to practical teaching tips, a guided workbook, and access to these drills online (or through my app)

  • Joint mobility drills and Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) are fast becoming fitness sensations for trainers to elevate their coaching skills. The specific intent and rotational movements of these drills are far more than they appear even in any of the best demonstrations and the benefits can best be maximized by being guided through these kinds of details learned from a certified and trained specialist.

    Experience the intricacies of each joint’s rotations and understand why CARs live beyond their hype. Kinstretch® classes guide participants to hone in on assessing, training and increasing mobility AND STRENGTH in every joint. Since classes focus on the "what" and the "where," the "HOW" can very from person to person - and this is where my special skills, training and experience can really help YOU shine.
