Pilates Sessions were created and meant to be one-on-one. The system is designed to be taught on an individual basis because no two bodies are alike. These private sessions are tailored to your individual needs where we can work around your goals or specific injuries or surgeries. During the entire 50 minute session, you will have the instructor’s full attention and the use of all the apparatus. The goal is to help you gain more understanding about your body, help get you stronger, more mobile, more flexible all while giving meticulous care to your body.

Semi Private Sessions , also known as a duet session are a great way to share your time with a partner. These sessions will focus on the use of the Pilates Apparatus as well as the Classical Pilates mat work. The group size gives the instructor the ability to give cues directed to your needs and goals. It is great for groups of people in the same fitness level. This 50 minute session must be booked with existing workout partners. Full Circle Pilates does pair clients for Duets or Trio Sessions.

Our Full Circle Group Classes centers around the Pilates Principles: Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision,Centering, and Flow. In Pilates, each principle is used at certain exercises or is the basis for each time we practice the system. The goal of our group classes is to increase more body awareness, mobility, stability, core strength, and promote spinal health. All fitness levels are welcome - progressions and modifications are always available.

Pilates mat work is the basis for the entire Pilates system of exercises. This class will work your legs, stomach, lower and upper back muscles- your whole body! On the mat, your body weight provides resistance against gravity, making the workout more challenging in many cases. The classical mat pilates sequence will provide you with a tremendous amount of strength, mobility, improved circulation, and body awareness, while helping prevent injury, reduce chronic pain, correct posture, and create a greater sense of confidence.

This Small Group Pilates Apparatus Class focuses on the Pilates movement principles utilizing Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, tower, cadillac, and barrels) with the emphasis on building overall strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Limited to only 4 participants.
