Kokedama, the Japanese art form of cultivating plants in a ball of moss, is a mindful practice that celebrates the harmony that exists between humans and plants. A source of meditative tranquility, connecting with nature and soil through Kokedama helps to channel positivity and tranquility, ground the nervous system, and reduce anxiety, ultimately helping to improve your physical and mental health.

Movement and Breath - Pilates

Pilates takes the body through a full range of motion using precise and controlled movements that target all muscle groups. This mindful discipline is a total body workout that promotes flexibility, strength, mobility, stability and body awareness. Intentional, deep breathing is a cleansing process that stimulates the heart and increases blood flow. It relieves tension in the body and helps to quiet the mind.

Guided Nap - Sound Healing

A sound bath is a spiritual and cleansing meditative experience that bathes you in sound waves created by healing instruments such as chimes, singing bowls, tuning forks and percussion. Lacking any melody or rhythm, this music helps to balance the energy of the listener, helping the brain to let go, and promoting a state of deep relaxation and restoration.
