As a mom of three (spanning within 4.5 years), I can attest to the challenges of not only the body but also the mind, the spirit, and the never ending demands of everyday life. Pilates has kept me both mentally and physically strong through out my pregnancies and after.

Full Circle Pilates addresses what YOUR body needs and it will meet you where you are in your life. Whether you are coming back from an injury, pregnancy, or simply life got in the way - this low impact, high core focus, strength and stretch program will be great for you! On the other end, this is a great modality for athletes, individuals with sport specific goals, cross training for runners, as well as teens and kids!

Pilates has been a game changer in my life. It has kept me strong and free from any type of muscular pain. It keeps my spine and joints healthy. It’s also a great workout! I look forward to be able to share my knowledge and experience with you to help you find YOUR Full Circles!

  • PRIVATES

    Pilates Sessions were created and meant to be one-on-one. The system is designed to be taught on an individual basis because no two bodies are alike. These private sessions are tailored to your individual needs where we can work around your goals or specific injuries or surgeries.

  • SMALL GROUP

    A small group of three individuals with one instructor. These sessions will focus on the use of the Pilates Apparatus as well as the Classical Pilates mat work.The group size gives the instructor the ability to give cues directed to your needs and goals. It is great for groups of people in the same fitness level.

  • Group Classes

    GROUP CLASSES

    Our Full Circle Group Classes centers around the Pilates Principles: Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision,Centering, and Flow. In Pilates, each principle is used at certain exercises and throughout the system. The goal of our classes is to increase more body awareness, mobility, core strength, and promote spinal health.

  • VIRTUAL SESSIONS

    Virtual sessions are a great way to keep your practice going if ever you can’t make it in person. This avenue has helped many people stay the course in their fitness routine. It’s great for busy individuals, parents who have kids at home, and working professionals! You don’t have to be close to our location to get the Full Circle Experience!

A Full Circle Story

There is a saying from the Asaro tribe in Papua New Guinea that speaks to my soul: “Knowledge is only rumor until it lives in the bones.” The only way I know to get knowledge into our bones is to practice it, screw it up, learn more, repeat. This is what my movement journey feels like. I hope to share with you the lessons I took from years of experience teaching movement in different modalities and settings. Teaching and Practicing Pilates helped me come full circle and connected all those movement dots for me. Together with curiosity, hard work, and passion, I hope to be able to encourage you to find your full circle moment one Pilates session at a time. Hope to meet you soon!
